3 chain sts increase, double crochet, 3 chain sts, 2 double crochets in the same arch of "V" letter, * 2 double crochets, 3 chain sts, 2 double crochets in the next arch of "V" letter *, repeat from * to * to end of row.

3 chain sts increase, 9 double crochets in the arch of double "V" letter, 10 double crochets in the next arch and the same way to the end of row.
