You’ll need:

About 10 skeins of 100% cotton yarn (75m/50g);

Crochet hook 8.


Tension: 8 double crochets x 4,5 double crochets = 10 x 10 cm.


Note: start each row with 3 chain sts and finish with slip st in the 3rd chain st from the beginning of row.


Used Patterns

Pattern 1 (on 4 sts): 4 circle rows + scheme 1 (5th -6th rows).

5th row: 4 chain sts, skip 1 double crochet, 1 double crochet + 7 chain sts + 1 double crochet in the next double crochet, 1 chain st, skip 1 double crochet, 1 double crochet in the next double crochet, * 1 chain st, skip 1 double crochet, 1 double crochet + 7 chain sts + 1 double crochet in the next double crochet, 1 chain st, skip 1 double crochet (= scheme 1), 1 double crochet in the next double crochet*; repeat from * to *;

6th row: * 7 double crochets in the next arch of 7 chain sts, 1 single crochet in the next double crochet*; repeat from * to *;

7th row: slip st in the 2nd double crochet (out of 7), 1 chain st, 1 single crochet in the 4th double crochet (out of 7), * 7 chain sts, 1 single crochet in the 4th double crochet of the group of 7 crochets, repeat from

8th row: 3 chain sts, * 1 chain st, skip 1 st, 1 double crochet in the next st; repeat from *, 1 chain st, slip st = 48 double crochets. Totally, 96 sts in the circle row.

Pattern 2 (on 6 sts): 4 circle rows + scheme 2.

14th row: 4 chain sts, skip 2 double crochet, 1 double crochet + 7 chain sts + 1 double crochet in the next double crochet, 1 chain st, skip 2 double crochets, 1 double crochet in the next double crochet (scheme 2), 1 double crochet in the next double crochet; repeat from *;

15th row: * 7 double crochets in the next chain st, 1 single crochet in the next double crochet; repeat from * = 26 groups of double crochets;

Instructions

Circle 4 chain sts in a ring.

1st row: 12 double crochets;

2nd row: 2 double crochets in every double crochet = 24 double crochets;

3rd row: * 2 double crochets in the 1st double crochet, 1 double crochet in the next double crochet; repeat from * = 36 double crochets;

4th row: * 2 double crochets in the 1st double crochet, 1 double crochet in the next 2nd double crochet; repeat from* = 48 double crochets;

5th-8th row: pattern 1;

9th row: * 2 double crochets in the 1st st, 1 double crochet in the next every 7 sts; repeat from * = 108 double crochets;

10th row: * 2 double crochets in the 1st st, 1 double crochet in the next every 8 sts; repeat from * = 120 double crochets;

11th-13th rows: continue making increases, as in the 9th and 10th row, after 13th row = 156 double crochets;

14th-17throws: pattern 2;

18th row: * 2 double crochets in the 1st st, 1 double crochet in the next every 16 sts; repeat from * = 216 double crochets.

Cut the yarn and weave in the ends.
