Crochet 6 rows straight, then, increase 10 x 1 st in every 2nd row, then, 4 x 1 st in every 4th row from both sides, include the increased sts in the pattern. At 46 cm height of sleeve, bind off 5 sts from both sides for arm-holes and then, 1 x 6 sts, 15 x 1 st in every 2nd row. At 60 cm height of sleeve, finish your work. Make second sleeve in the same way.
