Velour Crochet Jacket
You’ll need:
5 skeins of velour yarn in pink color (150m/100g);
Crochet hook 8 mm;
Tapestry needle;
Stitch markers;
Pins.

Instructions
1st row: twist the yarn around finger and form a ring, make (1 double crochet, 1 chain st) x 6 times on this ring, tighten the yarn and circle the ring;
2nd row: for hexagon shape, make double crochet in double crochet of the previous row, 2 double crochets + 1 chain st in chain st increase;
3rd-7th rows: repeat these increases x 6 times to make the size of hexagon bigger. Totally, 7 rows;
8th-10th rows: * 1 double crochet, 1 chain st, slip 1 crochet under it to the edge of hexagon. Make 1 double crochet in the place of increase, 1 chain st, 1 double crochet*; repeat from * to * x 6 times for each edge;
11th-15th rows: double crochets under every st. Make 1 double crochet, 1 chain st, 1 double crochet in the place of increase of chain sts in the next 5 rows;
16th row: make a row of double crochets, make 2 double crochets from every chain st.
After that turn your work, make 3 chain sts increase in the beginning of work and then work with * 1 double crochet, 1 chain st, skip 1 crochet of the previous row*; repeat from * to * x 3 rows.
Put the details of work in symmetry. Make shoulder seams. Sew back.
Sew from lower edge to the needed length. Fasten neck-hole, front and lower edge of work for 2 rows of single crochets and 1 row of “crab stitch”. Sew buttons.
