Sew in all ends. Sew up the vest at shoulders and block to dimensions to open up the lace pattern.
Using the piece of cardboard make fringe for the bottom. Wrap the yarn around 5 times for each fringe. Attach through each 5 ch-sp at the bottom edge of the vest.
