​Dust Pink Pullover with Relief Stripes

You’ll need:

13 (14) 15 (16) skeins of dust-pink yarn (55% merino wool, 45% cotton; 124m/50g);

Crochet hooks 3,5 and 4,5.

Size: S (M) L (XL).

Used Patterns

Decrease: 2 single crochets tog: 1 single crochet after/before selvage st.

Increase: 2 single crochets in 1 single before/after selvage st.

Main pattern with stripes of crossed crochets: the quantity of sts is multiple 3 + 2.

1^st row (RS): turn with 1 chain st increase, 1 single crochet in every chain st = 90 (98) 106 (114) single crochets for back and front;

2^nd row: turn with a chain st increase and make 1 single crochet in every single crochet;

3^rd-6^th row: as the 2^nd row;

7^th row: turn with 3 chain sts increase, * skip 1 st and make 1 cross treble crochet under next 2 single crochets, insert crochet hook before 2 treble crochets and make 1 cross treble crochet*; repeat from * to *, 1 double crochet in the last st;

9^th row: turn with 1 chain st increase and make 1 single crochet in every treble crochet = 90 (98) 106 (114) single crochets for back and front;

10^th row: turn with 1 chain st increase and make 1 single crochet in every single crochet;

11^th-14^th rows: as the 10^th row.

Repeat 7^th-14^th rows.

Stitches control: 19 sts x 14 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back

Throw 1 st on crochet hook 4,5 and make 92 (98) 104 (110) chain sts. Them work with main pattern with crochet hook 4, at first, make the first 8 rows of pattern for lower placket. In 56 cm from the beginning of back, leave the central 36 sts of neck-hole open and finish both sides separately. Then, make 6 rows of single crochets, decrease 1 st in the 1^st, 3^rd, 5^th rows for smooth rounding. Bind off sts with decreases after the 6^th row.

Front

Make in the same way, as back, but start making neck-hole at 8 rows earlier. Make smooth rounding in the same way, as for back. Bind off sts of shoulders at the height of back.

Sleeves

Throw 1 st on the crochet hook 4,5 and make 47 (53) 59 (65) chain sts. Then, work with main pattern with crochet hook 4,5, at first, make the first 8 rows for placket pattern. In 15-16 cm start making increases for chamfers, increase 1 st from both sides after every strip of cross crochets in the 1^st, 3^rd, 5^th row. Continue making increases until there are 77 (83) 89 (95) sts on the crochet hook. In 44 (45) 46 (47) cm from the beginning of sleeve, bind off sts.

Assembly

Make shoulder and side seams, leave 21 (23) 24 (26) cm open from upper edge for arm-holes. Make sleeve seams and sew up the sleeves.
