​Melange Grey Crochet Pullover

You’ll need:

300 (350) 400g of dark-grey Cool Wool seta yarn (30% silk, 70% sheep wool; 140m/50g);

200 (200) 250g of grey Evenlo yarn (65% cotton, 35% sheep wool; 160m/50g);

Crochet hooks 4,5 and 5.

Size: S (M) L.

Used Patterns

Main pattern, crochet hook 5: double crochets, start every row with 3 chain sts increase instead of the 1^st double crochet and finish with 1 double crochet in the 3^rd chain st increase of the previous row.

Shells pattern, crochet hook 4,5: the quantity of sts is multiple 8 + 1. Workduetothescheme. Start every row with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1^st-15^th rows x once, then, repeat 3^rd-15^th rows, RS rows become WS rows and vice versa.

Stitches control: main pattern: 14 sts x 7 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

Shells pattern: 21 sts x 9,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back

For upper part, make 60 (66) 72 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern. In 29 (31) 33 cm from the set-up row, leave 10 (11) 12 sts from both sides for shoulder chamfers and 1 x 10 (11) 12 sts in the next row. Therest 20 (22) 24 stsformneck-hole. Finish your work in3 cm from the beginning of shoulder chamfers. For lower part, join dark-grey yarn to the set-up row and fasten it with 97 (105) 113 single crochets. Then, work with shells pattern. Finish your work at 35 cm height = 33 rows of shells pattern.

Front

For left upper part, make 36 (39) 42 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase with grey yarn and work with the main pattern. For neck-hole chamfer, decrease 10 (11) 12 x 1 st in every row from the left side and 6 x 1 st in every 2^nd row. Make shoulder chamfer from the right side in the same way, as for back. Finish your work at the height of back. Make upper right front in symmetry. Then, put right upper part in the center of front with overlap for 9 cm upon left part and work with dark-grey yarn as lower part for back.

Sleeves

Make shoulder seams. Make 19 (21) 23 cm from both sides of shoulder seams with dark-grey yarn and make 81 (89) 97 single crochets and work with shells pattern. For sleeve chamfers, decrease 1 pattern repeat from both sides during the next 30 cm. Finish your work at sleeve length of 48,5 cm = 46 rows.
