Chanel Style Crochet Jacket
You’ll need:
300g of white CoCo yarn (100% mercerized cotton; 240m/50g);
300g of the same yarn, but in black color;
Crochet hooks 2 and 3;
Thin black lace 2,5 m long.
Size: S.
Note: make pattern design in natural size.
Instructions
Back
Make 96 chain sts with white yarn and work due to the scheme 1. In 34 cm make arm-holes due to the pattern design. In 18 cm from the beginning of arm-hole, finish your work.
Right Front
Make 45 chain sts and work due to the scheme 1. At 34 cm height, make arm-hole in the same way, as for back. In 8 cm from the beginning of arm-hole, make neck-hole due to the pattern design. Finish your work at the height of back.
Left Front
Make in symmetry to the right front.
Sleeves
Make 50 chain sts and work due to the scheme 1. In 10 cm, increase 2 x 1 st in every row from both sides. Make these crochets due to the scheme in the next row. In 20 cm from the set-up row, make sleeve cap due to the pattern design.
Assembly
Make shoulder and side seams. Sew up the sleeves. Fasten all the edges with 1 row of single crochets and 1 row of “shrimp stitch”. Sew lacing along the edges of jacket, as it’s shown in the photo below. For pockets placket imitation make fringe of black yarn due to the scheme 2.
