Simple Blue Dress
You’ll need:
380g of Camtex Lucia yarn (96% viscose, 4% nylon; 160m/50g) in blue color;
Circular knitting needles 3.
Size: M.
Used Patterns
Stockinette stitch: in RS row – knit sts, in WS row – purls;
1 x 1 rib;
2 x 1 rib;
3 x 1 rib.
Stitches control: 28 sts x 38 rows = 10 x 10 cm with stockinette stitch and knitting needles 3,5.
Instructions
Left Sleeve, Front, Right Sleeve and Back
Work from up to down.
Cast on 200 sts with circular knitting needles 3 and circle them in the ring. Then, make 6 rows with 1 x 1 rib. After that, work with stockinette stitch.
For widening, increase 14 srs in the 2nd row from the beginning of stockinette stitch, then, increase 5 x 15 sts in every 5th row = 289 sts.
In the 36th row from the beginning of stockinette stitch, divide your work in the following way: 50 sts – left sleeve, 96 sts – front, 50 sts – right sleeve, 93 sts – back. Transfer the sts of sleeves to the auxiliary needle.
Back and Front
Make as one-piece cloth. Circle the sts of front and back in the ring. There are 189 sts on the knitting needles. Then, make 100 rows of 2 x 1 rib. Increase 63 sts in the next row.
Skirt
Make 240 rowswith 3 x 1 rib. Bind off all the sts in one row.
Right Sleeve
Transfer the sts of sleeve to knitting needles 3 and circle them in the ring. There are 50 sts on the knitting needles. Then, make 6 rows with 1 x 1 rib. Bind off all the sts in one row.
Left Sleeve
Make in the same way, as right sleeve.
