​Two-Colored Knit Rhombs Stitch

The quantity of sts is multipled 4 + 1. Use two colors of yarn (A and B).

Cast on the sts with A yarn:

1^st row (RS) (A): 2 knit sts, * (1 knit st, 1 yarn over, 1 knit st) in the next st, 3 knit sts*; repeat from * to * to the last 4 sts, (1 knit st, 1 yarn over, 1 knit st) in the next st, 2 knit sts*;

2^nd row (B): 2 purls, * slip 3 sts, yarn in front ofr work, 3 purls*; repeat from * to * to the last 5 sts, slip 3 sts, yarn in front of work, (1 knit st, 1 yarn over, 1 knit st), 2 knit sts*;

3^rd row (B): * knit2tog, slip 1 st, yarn behind work, 1 broaching (slip 1 st< 1 knit st, draw it through the slipped st), 1 knit st*;

4^th row (A): 4 purls, * slip 1 st, yarn in front of work, 3 purls*; repeat from * to * to the last 1 st, 1 purl;

5^th row (A): 4 purls, * slip 1 st, yarn in front of work, 3 purls*; repeat from * to * to the last 1 st, 1 purl;

6^th row (B): 4 purls, * slip 3 sts, yarn in front of work, 3 purls*; repeat from * to * to the last 1 st, 1 purl;

7^th row (B): 3 knit sts, * knit2tog, slip 1 st, yarn behind work, 1 broaching, 1 knit st*; repeat from * to * to the last 2 sts, 2 knit sts;

8^th row (A): 2 purls, * slip 1 st, yarn in front of work, 3 purls*; repeat from * to * to the last 3 sts, slip 1 st, yarn in front of work, 2 purls.
