Tulip Dress With T-shirt
You'll need:
Piece of fabric;
T-shirt;
Needle and threads;
Measuring tape;
Sewing machine;
Pins.
Instructions
A wedge cut is made from a rectangular piece of fabric. Its width should be double the size of the waist, and as long as necessary.
The upper part is a simple T-shirt made of a rectangular piece of material.
To the finished skirt you need to hem the elastic with a zigzag.
The bottom of the t-shirt must be removed.
Sew the top and bottom.
