Getting Started:

There are lots of ends to weave in. I stopped every time I needed a new skein of yarn and wove in all the ends so I didn’t have so many at the end.

Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as first dc here and throughout) dc in same st, dc in next st. – {3sts}

Row 3: Ch 3, dc in each st to end, dc in last st again. – {4 sts}

Row 4: Ch 3, dc in same st, dc to end. – {5 sts}

Row 5: Ch 3, dc in each st to end, dc in last st again. – {6 sts}

Row 6: With Color B, sc in each st across. {6 sts}

Row 7: Ch 4 (counts as first dc, ch 1), skip 1, (dc in next st, ch 1, skip 1) to end, dc in last st. – {7 sts}

Row 8: Sc in each st across. – {7 sts}

Rows 9, 11, 13: With Color A, ch 3, dc in each st to end, dc in last st again. – {8, 10, 12 sts}

Rows 10, 12: Ch 3, dc in same st, dc to end. – {9, 11 sts}

Repeat rows 6-13 to desired length (stitch counts will change).
