Drawstrings:
With Color of Choice make 2 chs 50 chs or more long.
Lace them through the ch1 sps of R: 9
Tie the ends securely.

Fringe:
Cut 36 – 40 strands of yarn 12 inches long
Add to bottom row of the bag making each fringe 2 yarn strands.
