- US size H 5.0 mm crochet hook

Waffle Stitch Crochet Blanket Pattern
To begin ch 137
Row 1: Dc in 3rd ch from hook and in each chain. Ch 2 and turn. (135 sts)
Row 2: Dc in 1st st, FPdc in next st, *Dc in next 2 sts, FPdc in next st*. Repeat from * to *. When you reach the last 2 sts, FPdc in 2nd to last stitch, and dc in last st. Chain 2 and turn.
Row 3: Dc in 1st 2 sts, FPdc in next 2 sts. * Dc in next st, FPdc in next 2 sts*. Repeat from * to *. Dc in last st. Chain 2 and turn.
Repeat rows 2 and 3 in that order until your blanket reaches 48″ or your desired length. Fasten off and weave in ends.
