Crochet Adorable Owl

I used worsted weight scrap yarn and a size G crochet hook.

My little guy was 4″ by 3 1/2″ by 1 1/2″

Body
Row 1: 6sc in a loop, tighten loop
Row 2: 2sc in each around (12 total)
Row 3: *sc, 2sc* repeat around (18 total)
Row 4: *sc, sc, 2sc* repeat around (24 total)
Row 5: *sc, sc, sc, 2sc* repeat around (30 total)
Row 6-15: sc even around
Row 16: *sc, sc, sc, sc2tog* repeat around (24 total)
Row 17: *sc, sc, sc2tog* repeat around (18 total)
sl st to round off.
Stuff lightly. Sew top together flat. Finish and weave in ends.

Foot (make 2)
Row 1: 8 sc in a loop, tighten loop
Row 2: sc, sc, sc, 3hdc and sl st in next st, 3hdc and sl st in next, 3hdc, sc, sc (16 total)
Row 3: sc2tog, sc2tog, dc2tog, sl st, dc3tog, sl st, dc2tog, sc3tog
Row 4: sc2tog, sc3tog
Do not stuff. Weave the tail around those last stitches and pull like a drawstring. The hole should close. Finish off and sew to body.

Wing (make 2)
Row 1: 3sc in a loop, tighten loop
Row 2: 2sc in each around (6 total)
Row 3: sc, sc, 2sc, sc, sc, 2sc (8 total)
Row 4: sc, sc, sc, 2sc, sc, sc, sc, 2sc (10 total)
Row 5: sc even
Row 6: sc, sc, sc, sc2tog, sc, sc, sc, sc2tog (8 total)
sl st
Do not stuff. Flatten in half and sew to sides of body.
