Holding the plastic heart bracelet, start at the top and crochet around it. When you get to the other side, sl st tog, ch 6 (hanger), sl st tog at the beg st. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Row 1: Attach the yarn with sl st to left side of heart, 5 sts up from the point, ch 2, hdc down to the point and hdc up to 5 sts th other side of the point, ch 2, turn. (10sts)
Row 2: Hdc in the same st as ch 2, hdc in each st across, 2 hdc in last st, ch 2 turn. (12sts)
Row 3: Hdc in each st across, 2 hdc in last st, ch 2 turn.
Row 4-58: Repeat Row 3. on last Row 58, do not ch 2, only ch 1, turn.
Row 59: Sc in each st across, fasten off and weave in ends.
The flower pattern was not mine and I don't remember where I had gotten it from. Any 3 1/2" flower would work for this project or you could leave it off depending on your preferences.
