Poinsettia Petals

With Harvest Red and E hook.

With wrong side facing you attach yarn with a sc to any front loop from Rnd 6.

Rnd 1 — Sc in same loop as joining sc, sc in next 8 front loops. *Inc., sc in next 8 front loops. Repeat from * 1 more time. Join with a slst to joining sc. (30)

Switch to the G hook.

Rnd 2 — *Ch 12, sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc, hdc, dc, dc, tr, tr, tr, dc, dc, hdc. Skip next 2 sc. Slst in next 3 sc. Repeat from * around. (6 petals)
