Fpdc=front post double crochet. Work: yo, insert hook front to back around post of specified stitch. Yo, complete double crochet as usual.


Ch4, join to form ring.
Rnd 1: 9sc in ring.
Rnd 2: 2dc in each st around. (18)
Rnd 3: Ch3, fpdc around same st. *dc in 1 st, (dc, fpdc) in next st. Repeat from * around. Dc in last st.
Rnd 4-5: [(dc, fpdc) in each fpdc. Dc in each dc] around.
Rnd 6: Dc in 3 sts. *(fpdc, dc, fpdc) in fpdc. Dc in 4 sts, repeat from * around.
Rnd 7: Dc in 3 sts. *(fpdc, dc) in next st. Dc in next (dc, fpdc) in next st. Dc in 4 sts. Repeat from * around. Dc in last st.
Rnd 8: Dc in 3 sts. *(fpdc, dc) in next st. Dc in 3 sts. (dc, fpdc) in next st. Dc in 4 sts. Repeat from * around.
Rnd 9: Dc in 3 sts. *(fpdc, dc) in next st. Dc in 5 sts. (dc, fpdc) in next st. Dc in 4 Repeat from * around.Rnd 10: Ch1, sc around, inserting hook back to front to work the stitch. FO.
