JOINING WITH SC
When instructed to join with sc, begin with sl knot on hook, insert hook in st or sp indicated, yo and pull up a loop, yo and draw through both loops on hook.
FLOWER
Center
Rnd 1: (Right Side) Starting at center, with Lemon, ch3, 8hdc in 2nd ch from hook; join with slst to first hdc. (8hdc) Finish off land weave in ends.
Petals
Rnd 2: With right side facing, join White with slst to any hdc, ch2, ([2dc, ch2] twice, slst) in same st as joining, *(slst, [2dc, ch2] twice, slst) in next hdc; rep from * around; join with slst to first slst. Finish off leaving long end.
Using long end and yarn needle, attach flower.
