Foamiran Poppy Flower
You'll need:
red and green foamiran;
cardbroad;
toothpick;
black thread;
glue gun;
scissors;
20 сm of wire;
bead (diameter 2 cm).
Instructions
Draw poppy petal patterns on cardboard and cut them out. You can make several patterns of different shapes to make the poppy more realistic.
Cut a circle with a diameter of 6 cm from green foamiran
Insert the wire into the bead and fix it by twisting it. This will be the stem of the flower.
Heat the circle, using an iron, and wrap a bead in it. The edges are fixed around the wire.
Wrap the resulting ball with black threads, as shown in the picture.
Next, cut out the red poppy petals according to the patterns.
To give the petals a wavy relief, fold them pleated and twist them, squeezing with your fingers.
Next, glue the red petals to the stem. It is enough to make two rows to make the flower magnificent.
Cut out leaves from green foamiran. To make the leaves realistic, make cuts around the edge and twist between the fingers.
Cut the wire and glue the leaves.
