The quantity of sts is multipled 13 + 4 + 3 chain sts increase. Work due to the scheme. Replace the 1st double crochet of each row to 3 chain sts increase. Start with sts before pattern repeat, repeat the pattern, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Repeat 1st-6th rows, then, repeat 3rd-6th rows.
