1st row (RS): K1, p3, *k3, p3; rep from * to last st, k1;

2nd row: P1, k3, *p3, k3; rep from * to last st, p1;

3rd row: K1, yo, k3tog, yo, *k3, yo, k3tog, yo; rep from * to last st, k1;

4th row: purl;

5th row: K4, p3, *k3, p3; rep from * to last 4 sts, k4;

6th row: P4, k3, *p3, k3; rep from * to last 4 sts, p4;

7th row: K4, yo, k3tog, yo, *k3, yo, k3tog, yo; rep from * to last 4 sts, k4;

8th row: purl.
