Plain Crochet Pattern
1st row (RS): Dc in 4th ch from hk and each ch across, turn;
2nd row: ch 1, sc in 1st dc, *BPsc in next sc, FPsc in next sc; rep from * across, sc in top of t-ch, turn;
3rd row: ch 3 (counts as dc), dc in each sc across, turn;
4th row: ch 1, sc in 1st dc, *FPsc in next sc, BPsc in next sc; rep from * across, sc in top of t-ch, turn;
5th row: ch 3 (counts as dc), dc in each sc across, turn.
Repeat 2nd-5th rows.
I am an experienced crocheted but am confused. If the 1st row is all DC, how can you FPsc or BPsc in the next sc on the 2nd row?
I will check the instructions of this pattern
