Set-up row 1: 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook, *[1 sc, ch 2, 2 dc] in next ch, skip next 2 ch, sc in next ch, rep from * across to within last ch, 1 sc in last sc, turn;

1st row: Ch 1, 1 sc in first sc, *[sc, ch 2, 2 dc] in next sc, skip next (2 dc, ch-2), 1 sc in next sc, rep from * across, sc in last sc, turn.

Repeat the 1st row.
