Crochet Mouse Hat
You’ll need:
80g of pink 100% cotton yarn;
50g of the same yarn, but in grey color;
Odds of black 100% acryl yarn;
Odds of the same yarn, but in white color;
Crochet hooks 3,5 and 4,5.
Used Patterns
Half-crochets: start every row with 2 chain sts increase, circle the row with 1 slip st in chain st increase.
Stitches control: 14 sts x 10 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Hat
Form magic ring with grey yarn.
1st row (crochet hook 4,5): 2 chain sts increase, then, make 9 half-crochets in the ring, 1 slip st in the 2nd chain st increase. Draw the end of yarn to tighten the ring;
2nd-7th rows: due to the scheme 1 = 55 half-crochets after the 7th row, include 2 chain sts increase. Make 5 rows of half crochets and finish your work.
13th row: join pink yarn with the help of 1 slip st in the 2nd chain st increase and make 2 chain sts increase and 1 half crochet in every st of the 12th row, 1 slip st in the 2nd chain st increase. Make 3 ore rows in the same way, as the 13th row.
Then, work straight and reversed rows to make right ear.
Right Ear
Work due to the scheme 2.
1st row: 2 chain sts increase, 1 half crochet in the next 13 sts, turn your work, then work due to the sheme;
9th-30th rows: 2 chain sts increase, 1 half crochet in every of the next 7 sts, turn your work;
31st row: 2 chain sts and 1 half crochet together, 1 half crochet in the next 4 sts,2 half crochets together, turn your work = 6 half crochets, including 2 chain sts increase;
32nd row: 2 chain sts increase, 1 half crochet in evert st of row, finish your work. Make the second ear on the opposite side on 14 half-crochets in the same way, as the 1st ear. Fasten the lower edge of hat, including edges of ears with 1 row of single crochets.
Eyes
Work due to the scheme 3 with crochet hook 3,5 with white yarn; tighten the ring after the 1st row. Cut the yarn, leaving long end of yarn after the 4th row. Make pupil with crochet hook 3,5 and black yarn due to the scheme 4 in the magic ring; tighten the ring after the 1st row, cut the yarn after the 2nd row, leave long end.
Round Ears
Make half-crochets with pink yarn and crochet hook 4,5, form magic ring, tighten the ring after the 1st row. Crochet in spiral with grey yarn in 4 rows, tighten sts in the end of the 10th row, finish your work.
Nose
With crochet hook 3,5 and black yarn:
1st row: 1 chain st increase, 10 single crochets in the ring, 1 slip st in chain st increase. Tighten the ring.
2nd row: 1 chain st increase, * 2 single crochets in the next st, 1 single crochet in the next st*; repeat from * to *, 1 slip st in chain st increase, finish your work.
Assembly
Make pompoms and sew them at 8 cm distance from each other. Sew pupils to the white of eye and sew eyes to the RS of upperpart of hat. Sew nose, embroider whiskers with black yarn.
