The quantity of sts is multiple 2.

1st (RS): knit;

2nd row: K1, * sl 2 wyif, put yarn to back, sl the same 2 sts back to left-hand needle and knit them; repeat from * to last st, k1;

3rd row: K1, * p1, sl 1 wyib; repeat from * last st, k1;

4th row: K1, * sl 1 wyif, k1; repeat from * to last st, k1.

Repeat 1st-4th rows.
