Special Stitches

Puff Stitch: a group of 4 incomplete stitches into the same place. When you finish crocheting the partial stitches you will then close the stitch by pulling the yarn through all of the loops, except for the last. Now, you have 2 loops on the hook. Make one loop from them.

Puff2tog: make a group of 4 incomplete stitches into the same place. Then, make a group of 4 incomplete stitches into the next place. When you finish crocheting the partial stitches you will then close the stitch by pulling the yarn through all of the loops, except for the last. Now, you have 2 loops on the hook. Make one loop from them.

The quantity of sts is multiple 4 + 2.

1st row: skip chain; make single crochet stitches (SC) to the end row. Turn your work;

2nd row: CH 2, HDC 2 in the first SC; skip 3 SC; HDC 4 in the next SC; * HDC 4 in the next SC *repeat to the end row; HDC 3 in the last SC st. Turn your work;

3rd row: CH 3; Puff st + CH + DC2 + CH into the same place; *Puff 2 tog; CH + DC2 + CH; *repeat to the end row; Puff st + DC at the end of row. Turn your work;

4th row: CH 2, HDC 2 in the first Puff stitch; HDC 4 in the center of the Puff2tog st; *HDC 4 in the center of the Puff2tog st *repeat to the end row; HDC 3 in the last Puff st.

Repeat 3rd-4th rows.
