The quantity of sts is multiple 10 + 9.

1st row: skip 3 chains and make double crochet stitch (DC) in the 4th chain, DC entire row;

2nd row: CH 3, DC in the next 5 sts, skip 2 sts, Puff st + CH + Puff st + CH + Puff st in one stitch, skip 2 sts *DC5, skip 2 sts, Puff st + CH + Puff st + CH + Puff st in one stitch, skip 2 sts *repeat entire row except for the last 6 stitches; DC in the last 6 sts;

3rd row: CH 3, DC entire row;

4th row: CH 3, skip 2 sts, Puff st + CH + Puff st + CH + Puff st in one stitch, skip 2 sts *DC5, skip 2 sts, Puff st + CH + Puff st + CH + Puff st in one stitch, skip 2 sts *repeat entire row except for the last st; DC in the last st;

5th row: CH 3, DC entire row.

Repeat the 2nd-5th rows.
