I am not sure my question got sent to you so am resending my question.  I love the Turkish Crochet Pattern blanket that was pictured.  I would like to crochet it and I am a beginner of sorts.  How many stitches for the foundation row should I do first to establish a baby blanket size?  I did not see the foundation row stitches and do not understand sts is mult 3 + 1 .  Any help would be appreciated.
