You’ll need:

For Bag:

100g of white Mondial Surf yarn (100% cotton; 160m/50g);

50g of the same yarn, but in blue color;

Crochet hook 2,5;

80 cm of blue satin lace.

For Hat:

100g of white Mondial Surf yarn (100% cotton; 160m/50g);

50g of the same yarn, but in blue color;

Crochet hook 2,5.

Stitches control: double crochets: 26 sts x 13 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Bag

Make 4 chain sts with white yarn, circle them in the ring with 1 slip st and work with circle rows, finish with 1 slip st in the 1^st st of the row.

1^st row: 16 double crochets in the ring, increase 8 sts in the 2^nd row, 13 sts in the 3^rd row, 19 sts in the 4^th row, 28 sts in the 5^th row;

9^th row: * 1 double crochet, 1 chain st, 1 double crochet, 1 chain st, skip 1 st*; repeat from * to *;

10^th-13^th rows: * 1 double crochet in the arch, 1 chain st*; repeat from * to *;

14^th row: 2 double crochets in every arch;

15^th-18^th rows: double crochets;

19^th-23^rd rows: * 1 double crochet in the arch, 1 chain st*; repeat from * to *;

24^th row: 2 double crochets in every arch;

25^th row: * in 1 st: 1 double crochet, 3 chain sts, 1 double crochet; skip 2 sts*; repeat from * to *;

26^th-29^th rows: in every arch of 3 chain sts: 1 double crochet, 3 chain sts, 1 double crochet;

Handle
