You’ll need:

100% cotton yarn;

Crochet hook 1,5.

Instructions

Base Christmas Ball

1st row: 6 single crochet in the ring;

2nd row: increase x 6 times (12 single crochets);

3rd row: (1 single crochet, increase) x 6 times (18 single crochets);

4th row: (2 single crochets, increase) x 6 times (24 single crochets);

5th row: (3 single crochets, increase) x 6 times (30 single crochets);

6th row: (4 single crochets, increase) x 6 times (36 single crochets);

7th row: (5 single crochets, increase) x 6 times (42 single crochets);

8th row: (6 single crochets, increase) x 6 times (48 single crochets);

9th row: (7 single crochets, increase) x 6 times (54 single crochets);

10th-20th rows: 54 single crochets;

21st row: (7 single crochets, decrease) x 6 times (48 single crochets);

22nd row: (6 single crochets, decrease) x 6 times (42 single crochets);

23rd row: (5 single crochets, increase) x 6 times (36 single crochets);

24th row: (4 single crochets, increase) x 6 times (30 single crochets);

25th row: (3 single crochets, increase) x 6 times (24 single crochets);

26th row: (2 single crochets, increase) x 6 times (18 single crochets);

27th row: (1 single crochet, increase) x 6 times (12 single crochets);

28th row: decrease x 6 times (6 single crochets).

Tighten, bind off the sts.

Nose (Gnome, Deer)

4 chain sts, 2 single crochets in the 2nd st from the crochet hook, 1 single crochet, 3 single crochets in 1 st, 3 single crochets, 3 single crochets in 1 st, 3 single crochets, 3 single crochets in 1 st, 5 single crochets, 3 single crochets in 1 st, 8 single crochets, 1 row of single crochets.

Cap (Gnome)

1st row: 54 chain sts in the ring;

2nd-8th rows: 54 single crochets;

9th row: (7 single crochets, decrease) x 6 times (48 single crochets);

10th-11th rows: 48 single crochets;

12th row: (6 single crochets, decrease) x 6 times (42 single crochets);

13th-15th rows: 42 single crochets;

16th row: (5 single crochets, decrease) x 6 times (36 single crochets);

17th-19th rows: 36 single crochets;

20th row: (4 single crochets, decrease) x 6 times (30 single crochets);

21st-24th rows: 30 single crochets;

25th row: (3 single crochets, decrease) x 6 times (24 single crochets);

26th-30th rows: 24 single crochets;

31st row: (2 single crochets, decrease) x 6 times (18 single crochets);

32nd-34th rows: 18 single crochets;

35th row: (1 single crochet, decrease) x 6 times (12 single crochets);

36th row: decrease x 6 times (6 single crochets).

Tighten. Bind off.


Ears (Deer)

1st row: 6 single crochets in the ring;

4th-5th rows: 12 single crochets;

6th row: (1 single crochet, decrease) x 6 times (12 single crochets);

7th row: decrease x 6 times (6 single crochets).

Antlers (Deer)

1st row: 8 single crochets in the ring;

2nd-10th rows: 8 single crochets;

11th row: 5 chain sts, turn;

12th-15th rows: 8 single crochets;

16th row: 5 chain sts, turn;

17th-20th rows: 8 single crochets.
