​Yellow Pullover with Arches Pattern

You’ll need:

350 (350) 400g of yellow Toccata fino yarn (100% cotton; 160m/50g);

Crochet hook 2,5.

Size: S (M) L.

Order of patterns on front/back: due to the scheme 1; replace the 1^st st of every row to chain st increase, the quantity is stated on the scheme. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish due to the pattern. Make 4 rows of pattern 1 = 1^st-4^th rows x once, 23 rows of pattern 2 = 5^th-7^th rows x once, then, 6^th-7^th rows x 10 times, finish with pattern 1 = 8^th-10^th rows x once, then, repeat 9^th-10^th rows.

Pattern for sleeves: due to the scheme 2; replace the 1^st st of every row to chain st increase, the quantity is stated on the scheme. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish due to the pattern. Repeat 1^st-3^rd rows x once, then, repeat 2^nd-3^rd rows.

Stitches control: pattern 1: 10 picots x 8 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

Pattern 2: 5 arches x 12,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Front

Make 148 (160) 172 chain sts + 1 chain st increase and work due to the patterns order = 49 (53) 57 picots or 24,5 (26,5) 28,5 arches in the 1^st row of pattern. In 49 (51) 51 cm from the set-up row, leave the central 11 (11) 13 sts for neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, decrease 4 picots during 6 cm and finish on the rest sts at 56 (58) 58 cm height.

Back

Make in the same way, as front, leave the central 19 (19) 21 sts for neck-hole in 54,5 (56,5) 56,6 cm from the set-up row.

Sleeves

Make 91 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the pattern for sleeves = 18 arches. For sleeve chamfers, increase 3 (4) 4 x 1 arch during 4 (3) 3 rows. Finish at 19 cm height.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams, fold the sleeves in half and sew up. Make all the rest seams. Fasten all the edges with 1 circle row of “shrimp stitch”.
