Work due to the scheme.

Circle 6 chain sts in the ring, 3 chain sts, 3 double crochets, 3 chain sts with the ring.

3 chain sts increase, turn, 3 double crochets on the last chain of 3 chain sts, join 3 chain sts to the lower chain, 3 chain sts, turn.

Repeat this row all the time, turn every time.
