Turn work so you are working across the long side of the ribbed band

Sewing
Lay the front on top of the back, wrong side out. Use the long end to sew the shoulders closed with a whip stitch
Sew the sides closed using a whip stitch leaving about a 6.5” (7”) [7.5”] {8”} space at the top for arm holes
Sleeves
Join yarn to bottom of arm hole.
Round 1: ch 1, sc evenly around arm hole, join to first sc with sl st
Round 2: ch 1, sc2tog, sc around to last 2 stitches, sc2tog, join to first sc with sl st
Round 3 – 5: ch 1, sc around, join to first sc with sl st
Repeat round 2 – 5 to Round 44 (47) [50] {53}
Fasten off, weave in the ends.
Repeat other sleeve.
