The quantity of sts is multiple 7 + 5 + chain sts increase.

1^st row: 1 chain st increase, * 1 single crochet in the next chain st, skip 3 chain sts, 1 single crochet in the next chain st, 1 picot (= 3 chain sts, 1 single crochet in the 1^st chain st), skip 2 chain sts*; repeat from * to *, 1 single crochet in the next chain st, 3 chain sts, 1 single crochet in the last chain st;

2^nd row: 3 chain sts increase, * 3 double crochets in the next arch of chain sts, 3 chain sts*; repeat from * to *, 3 double crochets in the last arch of chain sts, 1 double crochet in the last single crochet;

3^rd row: 1 chain st increase, 1 single crochet in the 1^st double crochet, * 3 chain sts, 1 single crochet, 1 picot and 1 single crochet in the next arch of chain sts*; repeat from * to *, 3 chain sts, 1 single crochet in chain st increase of the previous row.

Repeat 2^nd and 3^rd rows.
