Instructions

Back

Cast on 114 (132) sts with knitting needles 4 and work with pearled pattern for 1 cm (about 3 rows) between selvedge sts for lower placket, starting with wrong-side row.

Turn to knitting needles 4,5 and continue work with relief rhombs pattern. At the same time, increase 1 st x 1 in the 1st row from both sides from the lower placket, then, 1 st x 48 in every 2nd row, 1 st x 4 in every 2nd row for side chamfers. Work with pearled pattern on the increased sts. You should get 234 (252) sts.

After knitting 46,5 cm = 130 rows from the lower placket, continue work and divide the sts in the following way: 1 selvedge s, 60 sts of the pearled pattern, 112 (130) sts of relief rhombs pattern, 60 sts of pearled pattern, 1 selvedge st.

After 63 cm = 176 rows (65 cm = 182 rows) from the lower placket, bind off the sts in one row: the central 50 (58) sts for the neck-hole.

Front

Make in the same way, as back, but with round neck-hole. In 56,5 cm = 158 rows (58,5 cm = 164 rows) from the lower placket, bind off the central 20 (28) sts and then finish each part separately.

To make the neck-hole round, bind off 2 sts x 7 in every 2nd row and 1 st x 1. Bind off the rest 92 (97) sts for shoulder/sleeve in the wrong-side row. Make the second side in the same way.
