You’ll need:

Old wires with the same diameter;

Thickplywood;

Fabric;

Staple gun;

Aerosol exterior white paint;

Exterior paint matching with fabric;

Liquid nails or silicone sealer.

Instructions

Coat tires with white aerosol paint, dry. Apply the base paint with a thick layer. Wait for it to dry completely.

Connect the two tires together (using silicone sealant or “liquid nails”).

Saw a circle from plywood, the diameter of which is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the tire.

Fix on plywood the synthetic winterizer folded in several layers.

Cloth the plywood circle with fabric and attach the fabric to the back of the stapler.

Place the fabric-covered circle on the cooked base. Important: if it is not glued, in this case the internal space can be used to store small things.
