Beach Crochet Top
You'll need:
3 skeins of yarn (95% mercerized cotton, 5% glass wool; 85m/50g);
Crochet hooks 4 and 4,5.
Size: S
Bottom: 38 cm wide, 20 cm long.
Relief single crochets: single crochets in each row insert crochet hook through back loop. Finish every row with 1 chain st increase.
Leaves: due to the scheme. Make 1st-3rd rows once, then 2nd and 3rd rows 3 times.
Stitches control: 16 relief crochets x 18 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Leaves: 16 sts x 4 rows = 10 x 11 cm.
Instructions
Left Front
Make 23 chain sts and relief single crochets:
1st row: 11 single crochets, 3 single crochets in 12 sts, 11 single crochets;
2nd row: 12 single crochets, 3 single crochets in 13 sts, 12 single crochets;
3rd row: 13 single crochets, 3 single crochets in 14 sts, 13 single crochets.
Total, 16 rows.
Right Front
The same as left front.
Bottom
Crochet from up to down with crochet hook 4,5 as one cloth, then sew it in the center of back. Make 114 chain sts and 2 rows of single crochets.
After that, make leaves pattern, repeat the pattern between arrows, 12 single crochets in 7 rows in every arch of chain sts.
Assembly
Sew both parts of front along both sides from center. Make back seam.
For straps, make a chain of chain sts 55 cm (= 108 sts) with crochet hook 4, fasten them with 1 row of single crochets and sew.
