I don´t join rounds with the help of slip stitch but crochet in a circle.
Sole:
Rnd 1: Starting at center with chain of 16 stitches.

Rnd 4: sc in each of next 8 sc, hdc in each of next 3 sc, dc in each of next 3 sc, 2 dc in each of next 6 sc, dc in each of next 3 sc, hdc in each of next 3 sc, sc in each of next 7 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc twice, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc.

Finishing:
The sole and strap crochet with crab stitch (reverse single crochet) in contrast color. Cut the yarn and sew strap to the shoe. Another side of the strap sew to the shoe together with the pearl or beautiful button.
