Safety eyes (Do not use for children under 3 – instead stitch on or crochet your eyes)

Head and body (orange)
Rd 1: ch 2, 6sc in 2nd ch from hk (6)
Rd 2: 2sc around (12)
Rd 3: (sc, 2sc) around (18)
Rd 4: (sc in 2, 2sc) around (24)
Rd 5-10: sc around (24)
Rd 11: (sc in 2, sc2tog) around (18)
Rd 12: (sc, sc2tog) around (12)
Pause here to complete the face:
Snout (aran)
Rd 1: ch 5, sc in 2nd ch from hk and in next 2 ch. 3sc in last ch. Turn to work on the other side of foundation ch. Sc in 2. 3sc in last st. (11)
Rd 2: sc in 5, 2sc in end, sc in 4, 2sc in last st (13)
Rd 3-5: sc around. Sl st, FO.
Embroider a pink nose.
Use black yarn or embroidery thread to embroider a mouth and stripes. Stuff the snout and sew between rds 8-13.
Eye background (aran):
Rd 1: ch 3, sc in 2nd ch from hk, 3sc in the last ch. Turn to work on the opposite side of foundation ch, sc, 3sc in last st (8)
Rd 2: sc in 3, 2sc in end, sc in 3, 2sc in last st (10). sl st fo. Sew between rds 4-7.
Insert your safety eyes on Rd 6 through both the aran eye background and head.
Embroider eyebrows, strips, and triangles on the face (both front and back).
Ears (orange) make 2:
Rd 1: ch 2, 6sc in 2nd ch from hk (6)
Rd 2: 2sc in 5 (10), leave remaining st unworked. sl st, FO
Ear insides (aran) make 2:
Rd 1: ch 2, 6sc in 2nd ch from hk (6). sl st, fo.
Sew onto the ears. Sew the ears at the top of Tigger’s head, at Rd 4-6
Continue on with the body:

Rd 15: (sc, 2sc) around (18)

Stuff
Rd 25: Divide the body into two sections of 12 for Tigger’s legs. I used a stitch marker. Sc around 12 st, leaving the other 12 unworked for now. (12)
Rd 26-29: sc around (12)
Rd 30: sc2tog, sc in 4, sc2tog, sc in 4 (10)
Rd 31: sc around (10) Sl st FO, stuff.
Repeat Rds 25-31 on the unworked 12 st of Rd 24.
Feet (orange) make 2:
Rd 1: ch 5, sc in 2nd ch from hk, sc in 2, 3sc in last st. Turn to work on the opposite side of foundation ch. sc in 2, 3sc in last ch (11)

sl st, fo and stuff. Sew arms to the body.
Stomach (aran)
Rd 1: ch 7, sc in 2nd ch from hk and in 4 ch, 3sc in last ch. Turn to work on the opposite side of foundation ch. Sc in 4, 3sc in last st (15)
Rd 2: sc in 7, 2sc, sc in 6, 2sc in last st (17) sl st, FO and sew onto Tigger’s body.
Tail (black and orange)
The tail is a bit more complicated than the rest, but I am sure you can do it! I made it zigzag by sc together a few st of a current rd with a previous rd. This is done by leaving front lps of the earlier rd unworked:
Rd 1: Starting with the tail tip in black: ch 2, 8sc in 2nd ch from hk
Rd 2-3: sc around (8). Fo black, switching to orange:
Rd 4-5: sc around (8)
Rd 6: sc in back lps only for 3sc, sc in 5 (8)
Rd 7-9: sc around (8)
Rd 10: (insert hk into the front lp of rd 6 AND into the next st of rd 9 and sc)3x, sc in next 5 sc (8)
Rd 11-13: sc around (8)
Rd 14: sc in 5, in back lps only -sc in 3 (8)
Rd 15-18: sc around (8)
Rd 19: sc in 5, (insert hk into the front lp of rd 14 AND into the next st of rd 18 and sc)3x (8)
