"STAR" PEARL COTTON, Article 90
, size 5.
1 ball each Bright Red and Lt. Emerald.
Steel crochet hook No. 7.
6 inches medium wire.

With Green ch 3, s c in 2nd st from hook, sl st in next st of ch, ch 3 to turn all rows.

2nd RowSl st in 3rd st from hook, sl st in next sl st, s c in next s c.

3rd RowSl st in 3rd st from hook, s c in next s c, sl st in next sl st. Repeat the last 2 rows until strip measures about 4½ inches, cut thread leaving a length. Sew the 2 ends together.

With Red embroider 4 groups of 3 French knots at intervals.

BOWWith Red ch 50, cut thread. Tie a bow and sew in position as illustrated.

Cut wire to size of wreath and overcast to wrong side. With Green crochet a ch about 10 inches long. Double in half and sew to top of wreath.
