Materials Used:
- Sport weight yarn, size 2 - fine. I used Drops Safran 100% cotton yarn. 10 grams (32 metres approx.) of yarn needed for this pattern.
- 3mm crochet hook.
- Scissors.
- Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.
Abbreviations (US terms):
st./sts - stitch / stitchesch - chain
sl st. - slip stitch
sc - single crochet
hdc - half double crochet
dc - double crochet
3hdc puff (hdc3tog) - 3 half double crochet closed together - (Yarn over, insert your hook into indicated stitch, yarn over, pull the yarn through the stitch)* repeat 3 times. Now you should have 7 loops on hook. Yarn over and pull the yarn through all 7 loops.
ch3picot - ch3, insert your hook into the center of the base stitch (or, insert the hook into first ch made), yarn over, pull through all loops on the hook.
()* - repeat the instructions between the brackets the number of times indicated.
Instructions:
