Crochet Black and Silver Top

Create a stylish top using a combination of black and silver crochet techniques. This unique design will surely make a statement and stand out from the crowd. The intricate patterns and textures created by the crochet work will add depth and dimension to the garment, making it a versatile piece that can be dressed up or down for any occasion. Experiment with different stitches and patterns to achieve a one-of-a-kind look that reflects your personal style. The contrast between the black and silver yarns will create a striking visual impact, drawing attention to the craftsmanship and artistry of the crochet work. Whether you're wearing it to a casual outing or a special event, this crochet black and silver top is sure to turn heads and become a staple in your wardrobe.

The pattern was made with Cilka yarn and Lame Lang Yarns.

Yarn: Cilka: 100% acrylic, 100g / 280m, cotton and Yarn: Lamé by Lang YARNS, 75% Viscose, 25% Polyester, Weight: 25GRAMM, 224 Silver Glitter Yarn

The direction shown are for XS/S size.
For XS/S size you will need 2 skeins of Cilka yarn

This top is once again 2 rectangles seamed up the sides and along the shoulders.

The below pattern is written for XS size. You can customize your fit based on how oversized you would like the garment to be. Each panel of the top is worked from bottom to top, so additional rows in the panel give you additional length and extra stitches give you additional width.

This top is worked from bottom up.

All Ch 3 counts as a stitch.

Instructions how to join the panels:

Lay the front and back panels together.

Seam up the sides

Seam the shoulders. This leaves a neck opening.

Shape neck: Leave center 7.8 inch / 20 cm unworked and work each side separately, then fasten off.

Recommended hook: 3.5 and 4.00 mm
I used hook 3,5 mm for the bottom part of Summer top and also the borders for this project. Then I used hook 4.00mm.

Difficulty Level: Level 2 – Advanced beginners, Intermediates

US crochet term:
SlSt – slip stitch
CH/s – chain/s
SC – simple crochet
DC - double crochet
SK - skip
T - turn
ST/s - stitch(es)
REP - repeat

Special stitches: picot
