Crocheting in spiral
Round 2: 2 sc in each around—10 sc.
Rounds 3 – 12: sc in each st around—10 sc.
Row 13: sc over both layers of the remaining sts – 5 sc
Pinch the lower end of the ears and sew the first 2-3 sts together.

Facial details
- 2 black pins for the eye details – Round 18, 7 sts apart.
- Place a Pink pin for the mouth details – Round 16
- Adjust the placement appropriately
Eyes
If using Safety eyes or buttons
- Attach a safety eye or sew a button in the position of each black pin.
- Repeat for the second eye.
If you prefer to embroider the eyes
- With a darning needle, embroider the eye details.
- Remove the pins
Mouth details
- With a darning needle, embroider the mouth details
Assemble the ears and bow before stuffing the cupcake.
- Pick up one Bunny Ear, and sew using a darning needle to the top of the cupcake.
- Count 2-3 sts away from the first ear and sew the second ear.
- Sew the bow neatly to the center of the cake.
Stuff your cake
Round 20: Sc in next st, sc2tog around—11 sc
Round 21: Rep Round 20—6 sc
Leave a long tail of yarn, and sew close the remaining sts.
Fasten off.
Join CC with a sl st to any st left when crocheting into the BLO in Round 15
With the cake top-down –
Round 1: Ch 3, popcorn stitch in same st, *ch 2, skip next st, sc in next st, ch 2, skip next st, popcorn stitch in next st, rep from * to the end, join –
