Notes
- The pattern is worked in rows.
- Ch1 does not count as St at the beginning of each row.

- You can work this pattern with one color or multiple as you wish. I used a variegated yarn and a solid color.
- If changing colors, make sure to have a changing technique and weave your ends in.
Instructions
- Chain 89+3.
- Row 1: Dc1 in 4th (skipped 3 Ch do not count as st) Ch from hook, Dc1 in next St, Dc1 in next and across to end of the row, Ch1 and turn work.
- Row 2: (Sc1+Ch3+Dc3) in 1st st from hook, Skip 3 St, (Sc1+Ch3+Dc3) in next, Skip 3 St and repeat *() to end of row, Sc1 in last St, turn work.
- Row 3: Ch3 (not a St) Dc3 in 1st st from hook, *[(Sc1+Ch3+Dc3) into next Ch3 space]*, repeat from *to* to end of the row, Sc1 in last St, turn work.
- Row 4-13: Repeat row 3 and change color at the end of row 13.
- Row 14-16: Repeat row 3 with the new color, and change back to the main color at the end of row 16.
- Row 17-44: Repeat row 3 with the main color, and change to color B at the end of row 44.
- Row 45-47: Repeat row 3 with color B, and change back to the main color at the end of row 47.
- Row 48-60: Repeat row 3 with the main color.
- Row 61: Ch1, Dc1 in 1st st from hook, Fc1 in next St and across to end of row.
- Secure your yarn, weave in ends, and cut.
Finishing
For a baby blanket, it is not recommended to add fringe or tassels. Block the blanket; you can wash it as well!
