Materials Needed
- Kartopu Yumurcak 100 gr / 95 m or any alternative type fluffy yarn
- YarnArt begonia 50 gr / 169 m, Gazzal city 100 gr / 450 m
- A sewing needle, a pair of scissors, glue, beads
- Blank brooch base tray / safety pin
- 0.5 mm gauge and 30 cm (approx 11.81 in) long wire segment
- 1.5 mm gauge and 12 cm (approx 4.72 in) long wire segment

Instructions to Create the Brooch
Bouton
- Crochet 6 sc in a magic ring using a smooth thread – YarnArt begonia.
- (1 inc, 1 sc) х 3 = 9 sc
- Round 3-4: 9 sc
- (1 inc, 2 sc) х 3 = 12 sc
- Rounds 6-8: 12 sc
- (1 inc, 3 sc) х 3 = 15 sc
- Rounds 10-12: 15 sc
- (1 inc, 4 sc) х 3 = 18 sc
- Rounds 14-16: 18 sc
- (1 inc, 5 sc) х 3 = 21 sc
- Rounds 18-19: 21 sc
- (1 inc, 6 sc) х 3 = 24 sc
- Round 21: 24 sc
- (1 inc, 3 sc) х 6 = 30 sc
- Round 23: 30 sc
- (1 inc, 4 sc) х 6 = 36 sc
- Round 25: 36 sc

Leaves (2 pcs)
- Ch 16.
- Fold the thin wire (0.5 mm in diameter, approx. 15 cm long) in half. Crochet around the wire so it's in the middle of the row, as shown in the pictures.
- Starting from the 2nd ch from the hook: 14 sc, 3 sc into 1, 14 sc = 31, ch, turn.
- 2 sc, 3 hdc, 3 dc, 3 hdc, 4 sc, picot, 3 sc, 3 hdc, 3 dc, 3 hdc, 4 sc.
- Bind off, leaving a small piece of thread for further work.
- Apply some glue along the wire and spin yarn over it as shown.
- Add a wire with a diameter of 1.5 mm and a length of about 12-13 cm inside the bouton.
- Apply glue to the visible part of the wire, wrap it in green thread.
- Add the leaves and apply glue, then wrap with thread.
- Sew the completed piece to the base for the brooch, grabbing the wire part inside the bouton.
- The front of the bud can be supplemented with beads.
