Main pattern: 1st row: 2 chain sts increase, scale of 5-7 treble crochets in the 8th chain st from the crochet hook, * skip 4 chain sts, 1 single crochet, skip 4 chain sts, scale*; repeat from * to *, 1 single crochet;
2nd and 4th rows: 2 chain sts increase, * 4 chain sts, 1 single crochet above the middle crochet of previous row scale, 4 chain sts, 1 single crochet above single crochet of the previous row*, 2 and 4 single crochets;
3rd row: 4 chain sts increase, 2 treble crochets above the last single crochet of the previous row, * skip 4 chain sts of the previous row, 1 single crochet above single crochet, skip 4 chain sts, scale above single crochet*; repeat from * to *, 3 treble crochets in the 2nd chain st increase of the previous row. Then, repeat the pattern of the 5th row (scales and single crochets above single crochets of the previous row).
Instructions
Back Yoke
Make 96 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase. Make 7 rows with the main pattern. Step back 8 sts from each side in the 8th row (sleeve arm-holes). Work this way to the 25th row, then, make 4 scales and turn back (make neck-hole) for 2 rows.
Front Yoke
Make 96 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase. Make 7 rows with the main pattern. Step back 8 sts from each side in the 8th row (sleeve arm-holes). Work this way to the 12th row, then, make 4 scales and turn back – knit 13 rows from each side.
Back and Front
Make 96 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase. Make 49 rows with the main pattern, increase 4 treble crochets (half-scale) in every row.
Assembly
Connect the details with the help of the crochet hook. Fasten the neck-hole, bottom and sleeves with the main pattern with picots elements.
