​Zigzag Knit Scarf

You’ll need:

125g of sectional coloring (48% wool, 18% mohair, the rest – synthtics; 137m/25g);

Knitting needles 5.

Size: 30 x 190 cm.

Used Patterns

Relief pattern: the quantity of sts is multipled 8 + 2 selvedge sts. Work due to the scheme, on which only right-side rows are stated, make wrong-side due to the ornament, yarn overs – as purls.

Start with sts before the 1^st arrow, repeat the pattern of 8 sts between arrows, finish with sts after the 2^nd arrow.

2 pattern repeats are stated in the scheme. Repeat 1^st-20^th rows x 20 times = 400 rows. Then, knit 401^st-430^th rows once.

Stitches control: 18,5 sts x 22,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Cast on 58 sts and make 1 row with purls. Continue working with the relief pattern. Make pattern repeat 7 times in width. When your scarf is 190 cm (431 rows), bind off the sts. Stretch the ready-made work on pattern design, wet and let it dry.
