Crochet hook 3.

Start crocheting your hat with a crown with double crochets. Crochet around, turn to the flaps.

Size: S-M, L-XL

Head circumference: 54-56 cm, 58-60 cm.

Stitches control: 22 double crochets x 11 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm.

Instructions

Start from the crown and crochet around with double crochets. Pattern for flaps - see the scheme A1, turn from one row to another - scheme A2.

Decreases: 2 double crochets with common top;

Increases: 2 double crochets from 1 base st.

Make 5 chain sts and circle them in a ring with slip st. Then, continue due to the following description:

1st circle row: 11 double crochets in a ring;

2nd circle row: 2 double crochets in every st of row;

3rd circle row: * 2 double crochets in the next/first double crochet, 1 double crochet in the next double crochet*; repeat from * to * to end of row. (33 double crochets)

4th circle row: * 2 double crochets in the next/first double crochet, 1 double crochet in the next 2 double crochets*; repeat from * to * to end of row. (44 double crochets)

5th row: * 2 double crochets in the next/first double crochet, 1 double crochet in the next 3 double crochets*; repeat from * to * to end of row. (55 double crochets)

Continue crocheting due to this description. Make increases in every row, finish with 9th row. There 99 double crochets in work.

For S-M size

10th circle row: * 2 double crochets in the next/first double crochet, 1 double crochet in the next 10 double crochets*; repeat from * to * to end of row. (108 double crochets)

Continue crocheting around with 1 double crochet in ever st. After 16 cm, decrease 3 crochets in the last circle row. There are 105 double crochets left.

Make flaps due to the scheme A1. Repeat the pattern 15 times. Finish with the 9th circle row of the scheme. By this moment, you should get 135 single crochets. Cut and fasten the yarn.

For L-XL size

10th circle row: * 2 double crochets in the next/first double crochet, 1 double crochet in the next 8 double crochets*; repeat from * to * to end of row. (110 double crochets)

11th circle row: 1 double crochet in the first 2 double crochets, * 2 double crochets in the next/first double crochet, 1 double crochet in the next 17 double crochets*; repeat from * to * to end of row. (116 double crochets)

Continue crocheting around with 1 double crochet in ever st. After 17 cm, decrease 4 crochets in the last circle row. Make flaps due to the scheme A1.

Repeat the pattern 6 times in the circle order. After making the last 9th row, you should ger 144 single crochets. Cut and fasten the yarn.
