27 skeins of gold (00081) Schachenmayr Soft Linen Mix Color yarn (70% viscose, 30% linen; 93m/50g);

Crochet hook 4,5.

Stitches control: 24 sts x 8 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back

Make 264 chain sts, for the 1^st double crochet insert crochet hook in the 6^th st from the crochet hook and make 66 rows due to the scheme.

Front

Make 128 chain sts, for the 1^st double crochet insert crochet hook in the 6^th st from the crochet hook and make 66 rows due to the scheme, make decreases for neck-hole due to the scheme, starting with the 55^th row. Make the second half of front in symmetry.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. Fasten the edges of poncho with arches of chain sts due to the scheme. Sew front and back to 27 cm wide with back needle seam in the 45^th row for sleeves. For fringe, cut 136 threads of yarn 40 cm long.
